Our standard terms are Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with an advance deposit. Terms can be customized depending on the order volume, destination country, and relationship longevity.
Q.Can we request product samples before placing a container load?
Yes. We regularly supply product samples for grading and quality checks. Courier charges are typically borne by the importer, while sample costs themselves are waived for standard items.
Q.Which ports in India do you primarily ship from?
Since our headquarters is located in Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, we primarily utilize Cochin Port (COPT) for ocean freight. For northern or western agricultural sourcing, we can also dispatch shipments via Tuticorin, Chennai, or Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) ports.
Q.How do you verify agricultural quality and chemical residue limits?
Every shipment is subject to rigorous checking. We coordinate with registered export agencies like APEDA, and we can arrange third-party inspection certificates from internationally renowned agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas at the loading port.
